YOUTH LEAGUE REGISTRATION

STEP 1:

Read ALL of the information below.

*Facility status always noted on front homepage

FORMAT:

2011-2004 (U8-U15) 7v7 (6 + keeper)
2004-2001 (High School) 6v6 (5 + keeper)
2012-2011 (U7/8) 5v5 (4 + keeper)

General Snow/Inclement Weather Policy:

-Soccer Dome will attempt to stay open and plowed so that teams who choose to play, are able to.

-If you choose NOT to play your game, NOTIFY US. Email cj@soccerdome.com - so we may quickly let the opposing team know.

-An attempt will be made to reschedule postponed games due to inclement weather, however, a make-up is not guaranteed.

WINTER 1

SAT/SUN: DEC 1/2 - JAN 26/27 (8 games) ($850)

*no games Dec 29/30

M-F: NOV 28 - FEB 1 (8 games) ($850)

WINTER 2

SAT/SUN: FEB 2/3 - MAR 23/24 (8 games) ($940)

M-F: FEB 4 - MAR 29 (8 games) ($850)

SAT: JAN 26 - MAR 16 (8 games) ($500) (5v5 2011/2012)

*MAKE-UP DATES:
WINTER 1: Mon. Jan.21 (MLK Day)

WINTER 2: Mon. Feb.18 (President's Day)

* If your team presents a conflict, your game will be moved to one of the above make-up dates between 7am-5pm.

ESSENTIALS:

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: First come, first serve.
Winter I fills mid-NOV; Winter 2 fills mid-DEC.

SCHEDULE STATUS WILL BE NOTED ON SOCCERDOME.COM HOMEPAGE 10 days before league start date.
*teams can view & access schedules while we are working on them so DO NOT distribute until the status reads "FINAL"

DO NOT submit PROOF-OF-AGE to our front desk.
Each team must possess proof-of-age for each player, at each game, or risk forfeiture.
a.) copy of player card (MSYSA or USYS)

b.) copy of birth certificate

REQUIREMENTS:

*SCHEDULE REQUESTS
MUST be noted on the online registration form (comments box).
If you have a request to submit after registering, email youthsoccer@soccerdome.com. We will accommodate as long as we have not started the schedules. We will avoid time-frames that you cannot play if you request.

If your team presents a conflict for a bye weekend, the game will be moved to MLK Day (Mon 1/21/19 if winter session 1) or President's Day (2/18/19 if winter session 2) between 7am-5pm.

*DEPOSIT required up front ($300).
Remaining balance due one week before your first game.

*ROSTER/WAIVER FORM (found on the bottom of the "LEAGUES: Youth" drop-down menu)
Must be submitted one week before your first game (email to youthsoccer@soccerdome.com)

(15) player max. Players may be added up until the 3rd game.

U7/8 LEAGUE:
Sat. Jan. 26 - Sat. Mar. 16

(8) games - 5v5 (4+keeper) - $500

Game times: (Sat) 11:00a-3:00p (Field #3)
Location: Soccer Dome I Jessup

GAME TIME-FRAMES:

SAT/SUN LEAGUES

SD1/JESSUP:

(Sat) 7am-6pm
(Sun) 7am-3pm
*winter I only - Sundays games are 11am-3pm.

SD2 HARMANS:

(Sat & Sun) 7am-5pm

*Anticipate (4) of your games on Saturdays AND (4) games on Sundays if no schedule request is submitted.

WEEKDAY LEAGUES

SD1 JESSUP:

(M,T,W,F) 5-6pm or 6-7pm

SD2 HARMANS:

(M-F) 5-6pm or 6-7pm

*Games can be scheduled any day M-F if a schedule request is not submitted. Typically each team is scheduled (4) games at 5pm AND (4) games at 6pm. If your team cannot play certain weeknights, note on the online registration form (we need 3-4 days to work with).

*Soccer Dome reserves the right to merge age-groups, move league locations, and/or game time-frames if needed. We will do our best to inform teams promptly.
