FALL: Each team trains at least twice weekly and has an outdoor game over the weekend. SDFC uses the most popular leagues in the area (AAYSA/CMSSL/EDP).
*mid August - mid November

WINTER:  Each team trains at least once weekly and has an indoor game over the weekend. Some teams do indoor league & futsal.
*Winter session 1: Dec/Jan
*Winter session 2: Feb/Mar

SUMMER: The club offers optional summer group training for current players and new prospects.
