2016/17 LEAGUES: Youth Winter

*ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM - is a universal form used for all of our programs. Simply note info for the (1) contact person who will be representing the team and put the individual player information on the roster/waiver form. Youth teams MUST fill out the info pertaining to the league/division/record of the team being registered (use info from the Fall 2016 season).

*A $200 DEPOSIT is required up front to register your team.

FEE:

$810.00/session (7v7 & 6v6)
$480/session (5v5)(u7/8 only)

WINTER I:

8 games (M-F leagues)
8 games (Sat/Sun leagues)

WINTER II:
8 games (M-F leagues)
7 games (Sat/Sunleagues)

FORMAT:

U8-U14: 7v7 (6 + keeper)
High School: 6v6 (5 + keeper)
U7/8: 5v5 (4 + keeper)

GAME TIME FRAMES:

WEEKEND League SD1:

(Sat) 7:00a-5:00p (Sun) 11:00a-3:00p

WEEKEND League SD2:

(Sat) 7:00a-5:00p (Sun) 7:00a-5:00p

*Typically (4) Sat. & (4) Sun. games.

WEEKDAY League SD1:

(M,T,W,F) 5:00-6:00p or 6:00-7:00p

WEEKDAY League SD2:

(M-F) 5:00-6:00pm or 6:00-7:00pm

*If NO schedule request is made, games may be scheduled anyday M-F. Typically each team is scheduled (4) 5pm games and (4) 6pm games.

REQUIREMENTS/ESSENTIALS:

1. Each team representative must be prepared to pay $200 at the time of registration and pay remaining $610 balance before the first scheduled game.

2. Each team rep MUST fill out, complete and mail, email, or drop-off roster/waiver form prior to the first game. Not submitting roster/waiver form will lead to delay of game time. Game will be delayed until all parents have filled out thier child's info on the roster/waiver form.

3. Each team MUST always have PROOF OF AGE available for each player. Acceptable items included copy of MSYSA player card or copy of birth certificate. Failure will lead to inability to play until proof of age is provided.

4. Soccer Dome roster form (found on the "HOME" drop-down menu) filled out and turned in prior to the first game. (14) player maximum on a single roster. Players may be added onto the roster until the third game.

* If a team presents a conflict, your game will be moved to one of the above make-up dates.

U7/8 LEAGUE:

Schedules:

*Please do not print or distribute your schedules while they are in the draft phase. YOUTH GAME SCHEDULE STATUS WILL BE NOTED ON SOCCERDOME.COM HOMEPAGE. FINAL schedules are released one week prior to start of session.

The contact for each team will receive an email when schedules are final along with proper postage on our website homepage.

Teams MUST make note of any SCHEDULE REQUESTS on the online registration form.

General Snow/Inclement Weather Policy:

Soccer Dome will attempt to stay open and plowed so that teams who choose to play, are able to. If you choose not to play your game, please notify us by leaving a voicemail - 443.755.0014 - so we may quickly let the opposing team know. An attempt will be made to reschedule postponed games due to inclement weather, however, a make-up is not guaranteed. Typically when adult leagues are decided to still be hosted, there is no make up if you decide NOT to come.
