SCHEDULE STATUS:  
Noted on soccerdome.com HOMEPAGE 10 days before league start date. 
*teams may view and access schedules while we are working on them but
DO NOT distribute until the status reads "FINAL"

PROOF-OF-AGE (POA):​

• Each team must possess POA for each player, at each game. 
  Do not submit proof-of-age​​ to our front desk.
   

• Teams are required to present POA upon request (during any game).

• copy of player card or copy of passport.
   

• If a team does not possess proof-of-age for the player on the spot, 
  the team must forfeit the game. If the player has not stepped on the field yet,

the team does not have to forfeit but the player cannot play.​

(ROSTER) SOCCERDOME ROSTER/WAIVER FORM:

• One SoccerDome Roster/Waiver Form for each team must be submitted to the referee before your first game begins.

• Game will not begin until the referee collects your team's SoccerDome Roster/Waiver Form. 

• Players must be on this form prior to stepping on the field.

• Keep a copy of this form at each game (take a picture before submitting it). 

• The form is available using the red button at the top of this webpage.

• After the first game, parents must come to the front desk to add players.

• Your team has until week 3 of the league to add players to the roster/waiver form.
